Okay, needing some laughter.

Rita. *shakes fist*

Here's a little funny to ease the tension, and to poke fun at our "commander in chief."

For those of your down in Houston and the bay area... CRAP. I saw the footage of the traffic at the Woodlands up to Conroe/Spring... Kinda looks like Friday at 5pm, huh? *laughs* Be safe, get lots of batteries, and know I'm thinking about you up here in Big D. *is glad I only have to worry about tornadoes and hail*

*also glad she only has to worry about tornadoes and hail*

I'm going home for the weekend...which, now that I think about it, I'm much safer here in Denton than at home in Terrell...

Eeesh, yeah. Then again, we'll probably only get drenched, so... I haven't heard of predicted tornadoes or hail as far north as us, so, just grab an umbrella.

*loves the hard-rainy days*

I feel bad, because I am looking foward to all the rain and thunderstorms, too. I just wish it wasn't at the expense of the gulf cities.

Psssh. I'm 170 miles from Houston. I'll get lots of needed rain, some wind, and be fine.

*loves you HARD*

And heee!! I love the funny. And the making fun of Bush. ALWAYS. Two great tastes that taste great together!

Hee hee! He's so goddamned manufactured Texan...

Nothing pisses off a native more than someone buying a pair of boots and throwing out old stand-bys like "that dog won't hunt" and "fixin' to," and acting like you heard it from your pawpaw's knee.

And that was venomous... *cough* Hi, Lynne! What is happening in your life? What's going on? Do you remember that I heart you tunz, underline? Because I do. *squishes*

Aw! I heart you tunz, too, toots. *smooches you up*

I made the insane decision to go back to school in September, so I am crazy busy. Much reading to do, much writing of essay papers. Plus I'm working part-time at two different jobs to support myself. Eek! I'm taking a qualifying year for a master's in History, focusing on the history of science and technology. My brain is very tired.

Are You Actually

Reading this? I'm just curious. Because that's really detail-oriented of you. Feel free to stop reading. But you can see that there's more here, so are you going to keep reading? Really? That's pretty dedicated. I'm impressed. No, really. I'm not being sarcastic, why do you get like that? See, this is the problem I have with your mother - yes. YES. I'm going there. It's time we put all of our cards on the table.

I love you, why are you doing this? After all we've been through? You don't have to be like this. You know, still reading. You could be baking a pie. And then sharing it with me.
