Sorry for the spam, but

my sister is AWESOME.

WHERE BABIES COME FROM, en Duetch! Ja, es gud!

The pic of the baby being born with a "Yay, Me!" face is AWESOME. (And seriously, this is an excellent teaching tool, I think. If I can only stop cracking up and reading it in Deiter's voice. "I'm as happy as a little GIIIIIIIIRRRRRRRLLLLLLLL.")

Truthitude. The opposite of falsity. (Heeeeee! And wtfuck does "German makes porno dirtier mean?" Oh. I get it. And have to say, not so much. Especially when it's so readily available there. It seems... tamer, somehow.

Now Laplander porn with the blubber and whale skins? Chicky BOW.

Somehow it's the ponytails lying on the table behind her, clearly visible, that crack me up.

That and that the men are doing nothing. ::rolls eyes::

HEEEEEE!!! I like how FLAT her belly is immediately following birth.

(Oh, who am I kidding? I'm TOTALLY using this for my kids' sex education. If I can stop giggling at the happy couple and the very hairy man copulating...)

NO NO!! I love this! And seriously, the pictures (while they are making ME laugh because of her ponytails and his Very Manly Beard) are a great teaching tool, and my kids are going to see this.

(I just love the Yay, Baby! pic the best of all.) Heeeeeee!

Puh. Like you'd expect anything else but strength and precision from the Germans? They are the "get it done efficiently" people!

*Hearts the Germans like whoa*

The baby's head is coming out, and the doctor is standing BEHIND the mother!

Oh, this is great. I'm going to share with my 22 year old sister, because I think she might need a refresher!

Ooooh, that IS interesting! I have a bunch of books that are from my childhood here, and found in Germany on my honeymoon - books that weren't popular here, but were EVERYWHERE there. They know something we don't. :)

I love this, especially the VW Beetle lovemobile they take to hospital. Shame the doctor looks so sinister (is that actually an icepick he's holding in the second pic?).

And is my German even worse than I thought, or do they call the placenta a 'Mother-cake'? Oh, I hope so.

Oh, god, I'll have to check.

MOTHER CAKE. Talk about losing something in the translation... Hahahaha!

Are You Actually

Reading this? I'm just curious. Because that's really detail-oriented of you. Feel free to stop reading. But you can see that there's more here, so are you going to keep reading? Really? That's pretty dedicated. I'm impressed. No, really. I'm not being sarcastic, why do you get like that? See, this is the problem I have with your mother - yes. YES. I'm going there. It's time we put all of our cards on the table.

I love you, why are you doing this? After all we've been through? You don't have to be like this. You know, still reading. You could be baking a pie. And then sharing it with me.
