Things to do

  1. link to the Coreys Fic I posted last night, in case someone missed it *g*
  2. clean the house
  3. eat something
  4. fix that flower bed in the back
  5. call around for estimates for a POOL \o/
  6. make muffins - those healthy ones?
  7. forget all responsibilities and nap outside in the sun
  8. and bring a pitcher of lemonade and a book out there, too

Yeah. It should be obvious what I'm going to do today. *yawns*

I, of course, vote for #5 so that when I visit next summer, you will have a pool for me to enjoy. See, #5 is really all about helping others. You're being selfless and giving. *nods*

I'm actually going to call them WHILE outside (not napping, or they'll just hang up on me) drinking margaritas lemonade.

EEEEEE. When he said we could talk about a pool this year instead of next, I was VERY HAPPY. I think August needs to be a non-stop pool party with 80s movies on the 12' outdoor screen while lounging on the floating sofa. <-- I want this so freaking bad, WHAT?

I LOVE MR. STONEY.

I love that screen (is that the one you showed me from the catalogue?) and the floating sofa is freaking TO DIE FOR. Stoney, it's only $100, you'd be wrong NOT to buy it.

Have fun drinking "lemonade" outside. Bonus: you get the trampoline to yourself!

ME, TOO. Hey, let's be "Mormon!" He'll love it.

That IS the TV from the catalogue! And really, how kick ass is that floating sofa/settee? I've seen one in person, too. They're like... Velour. So you don't rip off in a sweaty motion when you get off them, either. I LOVE POOLS. I want one right now. The tramampoline is HOT, yo.

I'm making certain assumptions about the contents of that Corey^2 fic; I'll be reading it when I'm NOT at work. Heh heh.

Oh my gosh, I spent the better portion of yesterday looking at various pool designs.

Don't forget we'll all be up there the last week of May! Maybe the Sunday before Memorial Day or that Monday would be a fun time to meet you and TFMN in Brooklyn for a meal and love?

YES, RIGHT!

Okay, things have been all wacky, and I realized this, but did not realize, somehow, how soon that is.

Yay!!!!! We will work it out! Want to talk maybe...lessee...tomorrow evening? That'd be Thursday, I believe.

Also, why are you a Failure Pile in a Sadness Bowl? D:

Tomorrow night would be awesome!

And that is from a bit Patton Oswald did on Conan that had me rolling on the floor. He was talking about how the greatest event of 2006 was the creation of KFC Bowls, where they basically pile everything into a bowl from their menu. It was so funny. "Um, we can put all of it on a plate so they're separate and you can eat them with dignity?" "No, I'd like a failure pile in a sadness bowl."

*cracks the hell up*

Hahaha, okay! And here I was all worried that you'd had a brownie mixing accident gone woefully wrong!

No, I would have called you, sobbing. While licking the brownie mix off the ceiling. :)

Are You Actually

Reading this? I'm just curious. Because that's really detail-oriented of you. Feel free to stop reading. But you can see that there's more here, so are you going to keep reading? Really? That's pretty dedicated. I'm impressed. No, really. I'm not being sarcastic, why do you get like that? See, this is the problem I have with your mother - yes. YES. I'm going there. It's time we put all of our cards on the table.

I love you, why are you doing this? After all we've been through? You don't have to be like this. You know, still reading. You could be baking a pie. And then sharing it with me.
