whooo

number one. I am slightly tipsy. I blame an entire bottle of Cab Sav from Chile, but I'm prejudiced.
number two. I have made an Obama tee shirt with the magic of the Iron On (I love that stuff) and I will take a picture and post it tomorrow. It may be the greatest thing ever seen by human eyes.
number three. I have an unhealthy (wait, really?) crush on Keith Olberman, and can't pin it down to the snark, the smarts, or the silver. Mmm, all three plus the glasses. Rawr.
number four. The Mr. really REALLY should not be out of town tonight. Those lines? Read between them.
number five. there are folks out there that haven't been around much and I miss them. Consider this a shout out and some lovings from me.

I have cheese straws that will go WONDERFULLY with this wine. (shut up, I have lots of bottles and they NEED ME.) I go to them. (Shoot, tomorrow I have to walk 18 miles plus finish cleaning. I DESERVE the wine. Or some shit.)

OH! I almost forgot! Those of you that poured in the donations on Friday??? You made me cry. I love you for it. <3 <3 <3

I will create a masterpiece JUST FOR YOU.

I have an entire box of iron-on papers, so I make crazy things for the kids all the time. It's like Shrinky Dinks: fun times for all!!

Seriously, cheering me on and encouraging me to not quit is EVERY BIT as important as the monetary angle. It makes me come back every year, you see! And as I've reached my goal, do not take it to heart!)

I'm so glad to know that, too! (And good for you for being pro-active and getting things checked!!)

OMG, though, they squished my boobages SO HARD that they were sore for hours later. Or that was PMS, I'm not sure. But I have a bruise where the machine caught my underarm skin. Yi.

And the nurse said something that was along the lines of "okay you can take your left breast out (of the machine)" and my brain heard the hokey pokey song and I got the silly giggles and did a little shimmy to "shake it all about" (with my gown back on, because otherwise, ew.) and the nurse got the silly giggles and we got me in the next position and I said, "But the hokey pokey never tried to make anyone's bits two-dimensional." And we started laughing again which made it very hard to keep still. Very unproductive, but it sure helped my nerves.

Also, OMG, what do you take to help your knees? Mine are keeling me.

Next time, my love, ask for the MRI version. No pancake boob!

My knees? Surgery! Barring that, lots of Aleve and many many soaks with Epsom salts. I love me some Epsom salts. Stretching is good for them, too. Sit on the floor, foot out, and lift your leg up, hold for ten. Do that as many times as you can, then lay on your side (you can do this in bed) and grab your ankle, pulling your leg up as far as you can, hold and breath. Try and pull it further each time, and it stretches out all the achy stuff that surrounds your knee.

I've been doing those stretches, plus some massage, because the outer muscles of my thighs are strongerthan my inner, so my kneecaps actually get kind of pulled toward the outside, so they get kind of stuck, and I have to loosen them up. And I have a kid's ball that I use to squeeeze for inner thigh work.

Bed exercises are awesome. Not as good as the pool, but when it's cold and I'm having pain problems, I can get more exercise in 'cause I'm already there. I have a cardio move (marching in place with your arms back and forth) called the "dying bug." Hee.

thanks for the tips!

*toasts you with horrible Malbec* When I give up on trying to drink this, I'm gonna see if it works on slow drains.

Aw, I can't wait to see your Obama tee. I have a friend who's been knitting change purses (and calling them Change purses--hee!) that look like the Obama logo, and I just got my daughter one. Only I keep carrying it around instead and rubbing my cheek on it like it's a kitten. I probably shouldn't do this outside the house. I don't wanna lose votes for the man.

Oooh, I like some Malbecs! Do you have a punky one? I shall share mine with you in spirit!

That is the coolest thing EVER! If you can take a picture of it, please do - that's awesome! But hahahahaha to you stroking it. you have NO JUDGMENT from me! I think Obama's dreamy.

Why, I happen to have a pic right here. She's been selling them on Etsy and giving part of her profits to the campaign.

He is indeed a damned fine-looking man. *snuggles change purse more* Heh.

Happy walking to you tomorrow!

I AM! And come on, didn't NY prove that I don't normally puke when I drink? Will nothing erase that from your mind??

Here's the slogan for my tee: "Honky Moms For Obama" and I have a picture of him. (Does "honky" translate? Do you speak Sanscrit?)

We didn't even get drunk in NY! We were the lamest of the lamest. I didn't even get to score any crack. (Though the fact that I didn't have to stagger though the day with my eyes hanging out, dry retching, is kind of a good thing when all's said and done).

Here's the slogan for my tee: "Honky Moms For Obama" and I have a picture of him.

<3's you like woah. :D

Are You Actually

Reading this? I'm just curious. Because that's really detail-oriented of you. Feel free to stop reading. But you can see that there's more here, so are you going to keep reading? Really? That's pretty dedicated. I'm impressed. No, really. I'm not being sarcastic, why do you get like that? See, this is the problem I have with your mother - yes. YES. I'm going there. It's time we put all of our cards on the table.

I love you, why are you doing this? After all we've been through? You don't have to be like this. You know, still reading. You could be baking a pie. And then sharing it with me.
