It's official: the ceviche recipe from yesterday was GLORIOUS. I'm eating some leftovers right now. Only thing I'd tweak for my own tastes is have less cilantro (bleh) and add another tomato or two. There's so little jalapeño in it that the kids didn't notice, and it was a thumbs up with them.

I want to record some recipes before I forget. All yummy hot-weather recipes. Collapse )

Man, a cheesy tomato pie sounds good for dinner. Hurry up and fruit, my tomato plants!
