Happy Wednesday.

Is it? It's raining outside, I have sneezed myself hoarse (I didn't know such a thing was possible) but I have delicious hot tea and there might be fries in my future, who knows. Life, she is crazy. (You know how when you're sick and the only thing you want is like, garlic and melted cheese and lots of salt because you'll be able to taste that? And then put all of that in bacon and then shove it in my mouth. Please and thank you.)

I woke up this morning and had a story idea and now am looking at 4000+ words of a - wait for it - body swap fic. I don't know who I am anymore, guys, I really don't. But words have been really hard for me for some time, now, so I'm running with it, even if it only serves in the end to make me laugh.

My business meeting yesterday (which included tater tots, and I am a huge fan of those so score one for Laura) went very well, I specced out 15 3 -5 minute shorts that we're going to slap up on a website to build our audience, started creating a character for a side project my writing buddy's doing, and was filled with virtue at my responsibility and organization. Then I went to bed early. Yay?

OH. If you want to write screenplays, storyboards, plays, and want AMAZING software that enables you to collaborate online like GDocs does, got to Celtx.com. It's awesome. AND FREE. (There's a paid-for version that has a few more bells and whistles, but none I need right now.) I keep meaning to mention this, so there you go.

I am excited about upcoming projects, and feeling excited is something I've not had the pleasure of for some time, so I am quite joyous about that. I am NOT joyous about Sally Derg and her Amazing Farts of Wonder, and need to remind the girls to not give her so many of her treats for obvious reasons. Bleh. Dogs, while lovely, can be really gross. Especially in the back-half region.

okay, POV switch time, then onto writing Peter Hale screwing around with Stiles-as-Derek. WHEE!

I also may be ODing here on tea with honey and fresh-squeezed meyer lemon juice. If I die, all of my fic goes to you. Alas, I AM NOT WRITING ANY.

Tea with honey, YES. I shall stand on the edge of your journal, a hanky at my tear-strewn cheeks as I eulogize you for being the best writer and friend a girl could ask for...

YOU ARE NOT DYING, THOUGH. Not on my watch, missy. <3

I LOVE bodyswap fic, so I say DO IT. It's a trope for a REASON, Stoney, and that reason is that it is a w e s o m e.

I hope you feel better soon. When I'm feeling sick I crave korean kimchee stew. Because it blows the sinuses AWAY. I HIGHLY recommend it!

I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Oh my gosh. I've just never written one before, so hopefully I don't cock it all up.

I LOVE THAT YOU LOVE KIMCHEE STEW. I am eyeing some Thai soup fixings in my pantry right now, needing hot and spicy to open my sinuses all wide, too. <3 <3 <3

Hooray!! Also, HEY STRANGER! *internet squishy hugs*
Jan. 9th, 2013 11:33 pm (UTC)
Hey you! *spins and twirls you* I've been lurky girl *G*

I have a reading date with your fic and a HUGE pot of tea tomorrow morning. I actually made happy seal clappy hands when I saw you'd posted it.

Also, have you tried cider vinegar and manuka honey in hot water? It's a bit of an acquired taste but awesome for clearing out the yuck.

Body swap fics are awesome and it's wonderful you're on a creative professional roll and excited about your projects! Yay!

I am at the I wonder if this will make me feel better level of cedar fever and it is making me very, very cranky because nothing works and all the food groups have been represented: bacon, cheese, chocolate, bread, kim chi, and random purse candy. I hate cedar season and why is the rain not making it go away??

Peter Hale screwing around with Stiles-as-Derek This might just be my gateway fic.
Jan. 9th, 2013 11:23 pm (UTC)
Oh, the cedar fever is just DREADFUL right now. I, too, am wondering why the hell the rain isn't making it better. UGH, SO TIRED OF SNEEZING.

Re: gateway drug, er, fic, please see image for an accurate representation of me: \o/

I'm italian and today in Italy weather wasn't so good. It was a bit foggy, but most of all it was really cold.
Now I'm in my warm bed and I feel alive! By me, now, it's 00.45 a.m.. But I don't think I wanna fell asleep so early, even if I'm a little bit tired.

Anyway, I just wanted you to know that your FF are really good! I sent you a message yesterday, but I don't think you read it, didn't you? I would be soooo grateful if could just give a look and give me an answer! Thank you a lot for the attention!</p>

Hello! Oh, there's nothing better than being bundled up and cozy when the weather is bad. <3

I didn't get the message, so thank you for commenting here! As far as translating Where There's Smoke into Italian is concerned, sure! I only ask that you add a link to the original work at the beginning and then link me so I can get excited about it! :D

Thanks so much!

Hi! Sorry if I answer now! I was a little busy xD
Anyway, i would put in every chapter the corrisponding link to yours. And for the feedback, no problem, I will keep you up everytime I'll update! Thanks for the trust and I hope my English is not so bad!
Of course, if the translation of WTS will be good, I would really happy if you'll let me translate the other Glee fanfics :D

Thank you!

Yay for excitement! I'm wishing you all good stuff as your cool projects move forward, and for Sally's poots to start smelling like gentle wafts of lilac. <33333
Jan. 10th, 2013 02:40 am (UTC)
I second all of this. You deserve to have great, non-poopy things happen to you. <3

Oh, is there nothing worse than that wet plunger noise of impending doom from a pet?! ACK.

Very wise of you, Anne-girl, to make haste and leave it to another. That is the one dreadful responsibility as a mother/pet owner: cleaning up....that.

Write the fic and do whatever makes you laugh! You deserve it and it is good to see(read?) you back!

I'm totally looking forward to this gardening show! I'm sitting on the edge of my seat until it comes out. It's going to be awesome.

And I wish you well! But hey if it was going to rain, it better be on a sick day, right? That's how I love it. If it's sunny when I'm sick it pisses me off so much!
Jan. 11th, 2013 04:49 pm (UTC)
I am, I am! It feels great to write something that's fun.

And thank you so much for the well wishes! Evidently they worked, as I feel ship-shape today. <3

Are You Actually

Reading this? I'm just curious. Because that's really detail-oriented of you. Feel free to stop reading. But you can see that there's more here, so are you going to keep reading? Really? That's pretty dedicated. I'm impressed. No, really. I'm not being sarcastic, why do you get like that? See, this is the problem I have with your mother - yes. YES. I'm going there. It's time we put all of our cards on the table.

I love you, why are you doing this? After all we've been through? You don't have to be like this. You know, still reading. You could be baking a pie. And then sharing it with me.
